Adding Ethnicities

I'm having some trouble adding some custom ethnicities for my home campaign. I was able to add human, elf, and dwarf ethnicities, however I'm unable to get ethnicities for the other races (halfling and gnome) to appear.

Also is it possible to remove a core race from appearing as an option?
 
Paizo has not published any ethnicities for any races other than humans, dwarves, and elves, so we have not added an ethnicity table to any other race. Take a look at the scripts that those races use, and you can create versions of the other races with similar scripts.

The *Preclude tab and *Hidden tab are the two ways to remove something from the game - Hidden to remove it all the time, and Preclude to remove it while a specific source is turned on.
