Adding Energy Resistance to Armor

I have Leaf Armor that has Fire Resistance of 10. Is there a way to add this to the armor itself instead of adding through spell adjustment on the person?

Your best bet would be to create new armor using the editor. Just do a copy from the Leaf Armor, add the changes you want and save it as a new name and thus new armor.

The -Custom/Magic Armor- item that's the first item in the magic armors list can be made with the Fire Resistance power.

That would work also, just depends on if you want to re-use the items for multiple folks or is it a one time item.
