Adding a source

Under "General Information: Sources" you select where the material is sourced for, "Warriors & Warlocks", "Ultimate Power" are a couple examples. So I am currently working on a new file for "Mecha and Manga" but I cannot get MeMA to add permanently to the selection list, I have to add it as a New Source every single time. This is extremely irritating and I cannot find any info in any of the help files. There has to be a way to add a source, I can see W&W after all.

The source should appear permanently in the list as soon as you test one thing that uses it. Until you hit "Test Now!" for one thing with that source, Hero Lab doesn't "know" about it to included it in the list.
 
I was actually Testing each item as I went so I didn't forget one. But for some reason it didn't show. Then I tried Mathias suggestion to 'reset' and it started working.

Just a glitch, things happen.
