Activation Woes...

I've been using Herolab for Pathfinder for almost a year and decided to add the D20 set to it today. I was able to activate it on my main workstation, but get an error that says the license can't be reassigned since it's been less than 120 days when I try to activate it on one of my laptops. I'm running Herolab with the free extra license as well as two additional extras that were purchased.

Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong? I've tried both the "Re-Activate License" and "Manually Activate" options.

As always, send an email to support@wolflair.com, but it is the weekend, so their 2-3 days will be starting Monday (although they generally prioritize licensing questions so you're wait will probably be shorter).

Just to cover the base details, you did use a separate license number for your laptop than you did on your desktop?
 
Are you using the same license number to activate both your main computer and your laptop, or, on the main computer, did you go to the License menu at the top, choose "Obtain Secondary License", follow that procedure, and use the second license number to activate your second computer?

I was under the impression I bought a secondary license as I paid the extra fee. I bought the original HL software and activated the Pathfinder data pack. I installed it on one of my laptops which was the free second license. I bought a third license for my work laptop, and earlier this year bought the fourth license for the new laptop mini that I acquired.

When I logged in to check my licenses, this is what I found:

I looked back in my bank records and found the last license purchase on 2/13.

Yes, all the licenses should be different. The laptop that I wanted to activate this data package on was the fourth installation (and the second extra license that I bought over and above the two that came with the initial purchase).
 
I apologize for not catching where you said that you were using your fourth license - I thought you were registering your second computer, and I was trying to guide you through a step that I've seen people miss - how to obtain the free secondary license (but which you obviously followed a while ago).

As Duggan said, email support about this. They'll be able to research the records and figure out what's going on. I'm afraid I don't have access to the licensing server, myself.
