Achaekek Bugged?

Dianae

Well-known member
I noticed a different possible Bug. I do not have Inner Sea Gods, so I don't know if this is due to a change in the Lore, but Achaekek lost the Death Domain.

Normally I would not notice something like this, if not for the fact that in my Way of the Wicked Campaign, our Necromancer (who worships Achaekek) has lost access to his Death domain.

Was this a change on Paizo's part, or something that went wrong in the Deity reorganization listings?

I double checked with my player, previously, the Undeath subdomain was choosable, but now it is not. The change happened with the recent HL update.

I'm not finding anything that says he ever had it to begin with. So it may have been an error that was discovered and fixed.

Looking at the table in Inner Sea Gods, Achaekek has Death, Evil, Law, Trickery, War for his domains, and Blood, Deception, Devil, Murder, Tactics, Thievery for subdomains.

I can confirm that as part of Inner sea gods we did a full review of all deities and the domains/subdomains they granted. In some cases this might have changed what was available, but the appendix in ISG is the most recent official source so that is what we will be going by.

Sorry if this inconvienanced you! Remember you can always just ignore the validation error.
