Academy - Book Respository: You must choose an option

I have this error appear on my character, what is this error, where can I select an option, I have looked all over the character and not found any details about this.
 
I can't find anything called Academy - Book Repository at d20pfsrd. Which makes me think its a Custom Thing. Need to check classes, gear, feat and magic tabs. Those are the ones that usually need to choose something.
 
With starting from scratch the second time, it does not appear and the character is identical to the one with the error.... not sure what went wrong here.

It sounds like you added an Academy Building, which has a book repository room you need to choose the knowledge skill for. You can click on the edit button for the building and it will open up a form with the various rooms inside it.
