I created a house rules.mor for your gaming group. I managed to get the AB
Export thing to work. But how do I get it so it doesn't delete all the
mordheim files when it imports without having to uncheck the don't delete
checkbox when importing (I want to make it as easy as possible for some of
my group as they arn't computer knowledgable).

There's no way to do that. The objective of ABExport is to automatically
removed out-of-date data files when installing new ones. This is a common
problem with many sets of data files. If the old files don't get deleted
first, then nothing works when the new files get installed. This affects
EVERYONE, while your situation is a very small minority.

Simply instruct your gaming group members on the proper use of the
checkbox. I would guess that they can handle it if they are told not to
uncheck it. And if they forget to uncheck it, they also are warned before
the deletion happens, so they even get a second chance to remember.

At the moment, you can't. I asked Rob for this to be added to the wish
list a while back, IIRC.
