AB possible IG datafile error

In a standard guard army when taking a Storm Trooper squad I have choice to
take upto 4 special weapons ( 2 meltaguns and 2 in any combination of the
others).
I'm using AB 2.2c and latest datafile.
from a laymans glance seems like the meltagun option isn't being counted
against the units maximum number of special weapons although it is limited
to a maximum of 2.

of course it may just be me again...

It still gives you the error message when you validate the roster,
it's just that the meltaguns don't properly de-select. A minor
quibble...

BTW, 40K file errors should be reported directly to Shawn at
