Yarrr!
I've just uploaded some new files containing a load of bug fixes to the
Tyranid codex. And that. Use the handy 'Locate Files' button, as always, to
download them.
Pip pip!
v2.18 CHANGES
*~~~~~~~~~~~~~~*
Tyranids:
Any model can now be a Mutant.
Corrected the Hormagaunt's initiative.
Gave the correct Biomorphs to the Tyrant Guard.
Tyranid Warriors composition groups are now mutually exclusive.
Corrected the Bio-Acid Spore Mine description.
Mutations now display in the print-out.
Carnifi can now take 2 biomorphs and two weapons.
The number of species per hive fleet now has a minimum of 3 (Tyranid
Warriors can be both HQ and elite).
When working out how many mutations a brood can get, the number of wounds
in it is now taken into account.
All wings now give the "Deep Strike" ability.
Changed the way mutant Hive Tyrants and Carnifi select weapons. This will
probably frell any in your saved files, but the files should still load.
Mutant Hive Tyrants are now charged correctly for Warp Blasts.
Tyranid Warriors are now charged correctly for Venom Cannons.
Taking a Heavy Weapon does not now preclude Tyranid Warriors from taking
two Biomorphs.
Tyranid Warriors can now take a Heavy Weapon and a non-heavy weapon.
On the subject of composition groups for mutants: Due to the summary table
and the text of the actual mutant sections disagreeing, I decided to ignore
the table. For the Tyranid Warriors, I also decided that having Wings
allowed them to be Fast Attack, and having two Heavy Weapons allowed them
to be Heavy Support, but it wasn't compulsory - what happens, for example
if you have both? INCOMPETENCE! THAT IS WHAT HAPPENS.
Space Marines and family, Chaos:
Corrected some Land-Raider related nonsense.
Imperial Guard and family:
Cypher is now available to all Imperial Guard-related armies.
