[ab-files] Eldar Jetbike squad changes

There is a problem with Jetbike squad. You are supposed to be able
to
include a 1 Shuriken Cannon for every 3 jetbikes. The way it's
worded
is a little strange, it could mean that for every three bikes you one
can have a cannon, or if you have 3 bikes, you can add a bike with a
cannon. Either way, right now, the datafiles only allow one per
squad, so, do you think you could help me out here?
