The 40K 2nd edition armybuilder file has been updated to include
Eldar and Harlequins. The complete list of what's available now is:
Assassins, Blood Angels, Chaos Space Marines, Dark Angels, Eldar,
Harlequins, Imperial Guard, Inquisition, Space Marines (General),
Orks, Post-Heresy Chaos Space Marines, Space Wolves, Tyranids, and
Ultramarines.
