Sorry for the delay in the response. In the interim, I've re-read
what is on the Wolf Lair and it seems fairly clear to me. But, I was
the person who was cuting and pasting the relevant quotes to counter
the mis-information in that thread, so I'm not a good judge.
I can only say the fears that were brought up in the thread are
plain, i.e. yearly upgrades being misinterpreted as army list
upgrades, licencing only good for one machine, subscription software,
etc. These more contentious items you may want to highlight and
explain (or dumb down) at the very begining of the Army Builder V3.0
Details page. Like the very rational explanation of the licencing
technology from the CV page could be summarised there, rather than
linked to, which could be missed or not bothered with.
I guess there are people who will complain without reading the plain
print, no matter what you do.
One bit of info that is missing-- how I can pre-order my 3.0 upgrade
so that I don't have to keep checking to see if it has been
released?
