Is it just me or is anyone else unable to access the AB40K3 Maintainers
website? Anyone know what has happened?

I can get to the site without any problems. Try the "Go To File" button at
the bottom of the Updates list within Army Builder when the 40K files are
selected. That's how I got to it.
