A recent update broke unchained monk feats.

One of the recent updates broke bonus feats for unchained monks. They are supposed to be (and have been) available without the normal prereqs. Since one of the recent updates, I'm getting validation errors on a profile that's been working fine for quite a while.
 
You would have to submit a bug to them, and then they might tell you why your "working profile" isn't really valid :)
 
Care to upload a por file then? With the American holidays there may be a delay in responses. Im not currently seeing any validation messages.

Excerpt from the unchained rules:

"Bonus Feat: At 1st level, 2nd level, and every 4 levels
thereafter, a monk can select a bonus feat. These feats
must be taken from the following list: Catch Off-Guard,
Combat Ref lexes, Def lect Arrows, Dodge, Improved
Grapple, Scorpion Style, and Throw Anything. At 6th level,
the following feats are added to the list: Gorgon’s Fist,
Improved Bull Rush, Improved Disarm, Improved Feint,
Improved Trip, and Mobility. At 10th level, the following
feats are added to the list: Improved Critical, Medusa’s
Wrath, Snatch Arrows, and Spring Attack. A monk need
not have any of the prerequisites normally required for
these feats to select them."

I actually have the same type of issue, but it was with the Rangers free feat from combat style. It happened when I updated to 14.0. Hopefully attached is the file.

I have the same issue with the free ranger feats. Happened with the 14.0 update. I have a ticket in for mine, 132015_ppb5f8oil8ndr4hk if you want to add to it, sounds like its the same type of issue with preqs.
 
Yeah, looks like it is an official bug. For now you can add the adjustment "feat, ignore prereqs" and select the feat in question to eliminate the validation error. I would expect a response from them sometime next week, and I wouldn't expect a fix until at least the middle of next month (they would normally just bundle this with the normal release cycle)

Sure. It'd just be nice to get a reply that they received and acknowledged the bug report. I have another one that's months old that never even got an acknowledgment.
 
Sorry about the delay, was taking vacation on Friday and am still playing catch-up with the bug reports. You're not the only one who has reported this issue. For the older one, feel free to send an update to the case asking what is up.
