5th level Paladin

I just leveled my paladin up and I am supposed to have 2 level 2 spells, but when I look at my spell list, my character already has 'Lesser Restoration' and 'Zone of Truth' and I cannot get rid of them. Is this 'normal' for a 5th edition Paladin? This is my first time playing this so I'm not very familiar with what happens at this level for my character.
