5e: Lvl 5 Ancients Paladin - Shorted spells?

I have a human Level 5 paladin, with 16 Cha.

Level 2 spells should be 2 spells + the ancient subclass bonus spells (moonbeam and misty step). However, moonbeam and misty step are being counted as the base 2 spells.

Does anyone know if this defect is being worked on?
