4E data set AK ?

can we edit the 4e stuff b/c when I go into the file there is no .user info or am I missing something?
 
You have to create a new user file and then you can edit by calling items the exact same thing they are in the original data files. The new file loads over the base data.
 
In the editor, click the "New (Copy)" button to start making a copy of something. If you want it to change the original item, simply set the "Replaces" field to the id of the original item.
