40k Custom Vehicles and their weapons

Okay, I'm loosing it I guess, but I still can't figure out how to add
weapons to a custom vehicle in army builder. There are no options to do
so -anywhere- that I have looked. I've updated to the newest data file and
I thought the readme said that this part was fixed. Help?

Click on the "Unit Options" button for your custom vehicle. In the
upper left corner of the Equipment Selection page you will see the
header "Item Category" and a drop-down menu that says "Vehicle
Upgrades". Click on the menu and that is where you will find the
weapons list.

Click on the "Select Equipment" button. On the Equipment Selection
page in the upper left hand corner you will see a drop-down menu that
says "Item Category: Vehicle Upgrades". Click on the arrow and you
will see the weapons option.
