Sorry to point out another problem, but:

Space Marine Scout Sergeants should be able to take scout weapons (I
thought I remember you fixing this).

Also, a new Armagedon Elite type is available for Orks - the
tellyporta boyz (Varga's Drop Legion).

Under "Army List Entries" heading, Options section.
"...if a squad is allowed to have models with upgraded weaponry (ie heavy
weapons, plasma guns, etc) then these may only be taken by ordinary squad
members, not the sergeant."

If ur oppenent lets u. Like mine do then go ahead. But the Armybuilder files
r based on the rules for touraments and the like.

The AB files are based on what the codexes allow you do use, with
clarifications from GW.

And thus Sgts in sniper squads cannot use sniper rifles - as stated in the
SM codex, page 5.
