[40k 3rd Chaos file] Daemon Prince error

The latest version of the 40k patch to come out, v3.9, says it fixed the
error with the Daemon Prince wings, so rather than moving like a it has a
Jumppack, it makes a 12" assault move ignoring terrain instead. I didn't
think that was an error, however. I'm fairly sure than in the Chapter
Approved book, Daemon Prince wings let it move like a jump pack, and hence
Greater Daemons are the only ones with the goofy wings that only let you move
12" in the assault phase. Am I right in this? I don't have a copy of C:CA,
so I'm just relying on what I thought I remembered.
