3rd Party Content

Not until the ability to author and share our own content gets added, which they say is planned, but for which there is no published timeline. I haven't read of any plans for LWD to directly publish 3PP content for HLO either, but I suspect that it will happen in the future.

Given that they haven't yet produced all of the original publishers' content for Starfinder, PF2e, and Shadowrun 6e, I wouldn't plan on them doing 3rd party stuff anytime soon.
 
Yeah I would guess they would want to finish the current primary project and catch up on content backlog before they get to this but I would love to have it.
