3PP Community package not loading

I have all the required sources for it, and I have downloaded the 3PP package multiple times, but I keep getting an error if it not found.

I've even reactivated my license and reset Hero Lab a number of times but nothing is making this work. Which before asked, yes I followed the instructions on how to install the Psionics Unleashed and everything.

Thing is it worked before, but now it doesn't.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance
 
I need to know the "error" without that I can't do anything. I have not yet gotten the ability to read minds. :D

Restart HL and Pathfinder. When you get the error message window "Right" click on the window and do "Copy". Then paste into this thread and I will try and see what we can figure out. :)
 
This error along with it one lines
File:COM_3PPPack_C7E-Tome of Secrets Classes.user (line 401)-Thing 'cHelpPst' (dynamic tag)- Group 'PackHelper' not defined.

If you need more of the errors just let me know

PackHelper is a Group Tag defined in the Basic Pack which is included in all other Packs. "My guess" is that you uninstalled "one" pack say the GM Mythic Pack. Once that happens you can have issues if you do not then go and reinstall the Packs you want.

To make this easy follow these steps:
1) Restart HL and Pathfinder. Ignore any error messages.
2) Go to "Tools->Manage Third Party Updates".
3) Delete all the community Packs. Yes all of them but don't delete anything that is not a Community "Pack". (ie FGG or Pony Finder) This will give us a nice clean install.
4) Restart HL but DO NOT go into Pathfinder. Instead click the "Find Updates" button on the bottom right of the window.
5) Select only the packs you want. So if you want and need "only" the 3PP Pack to get to the Ultimate Psionics just download and install the "3PP Pack".
5a) Remember the "Basic Pack" is inside of all the other packs. So you don't need to download and install it separate.
6) Start Pathfinder.
7) At the "Configure Your Hero" window you will now have "lots" of new sources. Scroll down to "Dreamscared Press" and turn on "Ultimate Psionics".
8) Enjoy the fun of Psionics! :D
