M&M 3rd ed. 3 skill points per pp bug

I'm working on making a game that allows 3 skill point for every 1pp spent and I found a cute little bug, with 1 skill point it says 1/2pp spent, with 2 skill points it says 3/4pp spent and finally with 3 skill points it correctly says 1pp spent (this is the little thing to the right of the skills where it shows how many pp ye have into each skill) where it should say 1/3 and 2/3.

And curiously when ye have it set for 5 skill points per pp it doesn't give 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5, 1 but instead 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1... Is it that the word program in HeroLab doesn't recognize things not 1/2 or 1/4 based?
