3.1c downloading error

Hi, I've been trying several times to download the latest update using the normal process through AB3 itself.
I keep getting the following error message:
" Could not inialize installation. File size expected=3238397, size recieved=669248"
Obviously it's not downloading the full file, before it tries to install it, but I'm wondering if it's something I've done?
Any suggestions please

If the primary download is failing, it means something is wrong with the connection between your computer (or ISP) and our hosting site. Usually, these kinds of problems are temporary. If the problem persists, you should contact your ISP to help you determine the problem. As a quick fix, you can try the link below as an alternative.
