Changes and improvements
  • Adds a store link to the Create or Activate account view
  • Adds a demo link to the Create or Activate account view
  • Speeds up page rendering slightly
  • Updates bulk and encumbrance displays on Play tab, Equipment tab, summary panel, and print view to be more consistent and informative
  • Adds UPB display to Play tab, Equipment tab, summary panel, and print view
  • Adds more helpful error messages for any cases that previously encountered "white screen" bugs
