2.3 Buf - Power Reserve

Found a bug with Power Reserve costing 5 pp instead of 2. I was wondering why my Superman build was so expensive ... lol :D
 
The cost also goes up when you plug the 2 "free" powers into the blocks. As a work around I am simply using the note function to denote which Items the Reserve is affecting.
 
Yeah, I just saw that and was about to comment on such. I've read and re-read the rules and there's no mention of an extra cost when assigning Powers, so for now I'm using 3 "custom" Flaws to bring the cost down to 2 and ignoring the Flaws.
