Why are spark, putrefy food and drink, and detect fiendish presence not on the witch spell list for free? apparently hero labs feels a witch should buy them separately
 
If your GM says these are available, then you can buy them for free. But other people's campaigns will only allow the core rulebook spells for free for a witch/wizard, and will consider spells from other books to be uncommon or rare things.
