40K-Where is Calgar & Speciial Characters?

I just downloaded Amry Builder and added 40K and Fantasy. Calgar is not listed on the roster or are his honor guard or special characters. Would someone please tell me how to access these characters.

This question has been asked in three different threads on the current page of the forum:
"where is Yriel", "Where, oh where, have the Ork special characters gone?", and "Sisters of Battle: Special Characters".

When setting up which army you're using, click the clipboard icon. Under Roster Options, check "Special Characters".
