I've been trying to create a custom fey race and comparing the HL stat block to the writeup, I'd noticed that the CMB uses Dex instead of Str. I disabled the WorldIsSquare houserules, but it still shows up with Dex. I switched to Halfling, CMB uses Str. I switched to Grig, CMB uses Dex. I then checked the Fey type, but no mention of changing CMB. So did I miss the rule? Or do I miss to disable some source package? If the latter, how do I figure out, which it is?

Where do I find that rule? I need the reference for documentation purposes, too.

CRB 198 Creatures that are size Tiny or smaller use their Dexterity modifier in place of their Strength modifier to determine their CMB Just because I spent 10 minutes searching the word "Size" in the CRB .

I went straight to the section that defined CMB.
