Using Beginner Box magical items in HL Pathfinder

I searched for this but couldn't find it. Is there a way to make the magical items from the Beginner Box available in HL Pathfinder system? I'm still using PCs that we ran through the Beginner Box and they still have some of the magic items from said box.

You'd need to create them in the editor if they don't exist in Pathfinder already.
