Downloading the client on two PCs (on Chrome), I got the "Appears to be malicious" message over the download file in the bottom bar of the browser. I have the option to Keep or Discard the file.
I -assume- that this is simply Chrome being weird about the exe, and risked it on one PC (since I can easily remedy a virus on that PC). Then I encountered the "can't use your email address as the password" error mentioned elsewhere. |

Regarding the "Appears to be malicious" message - as far as we can tell Chrome does this on every new thing that we release. Once enough people download it it gets flagged as "oh, not malicious after all, never mind", but until then there appears to be no way to stop that message appearing.

Got the same warning but I figured that it would be okay. I did run a virus check just in case and it came up clean.
