new armor material that reduces arcane falure

looking at mithral armor i cannot find where its granting the reduced arcane falure benefit, can any one point me to where its located or how to add this to another material type?

It is in the eval script with the index of 4. It runs at Pre-Levels 2500, and this line is the important one:

container.parent.field[arArcFail].value -= 10
