Assurance of Prophecy

Has anyone added this utility power ?
I have a DDI subscription but it did not seem to be added to the list of powers

What class and level is it for and I will see if I have it.

It is a level 10 utility power for the Paladin class. From one of the dragon issues.

I have looked it does not seem to be in, if the dragon issues is new DDI has not done an update in some time, so that may be the issue.

Okay SO I just checked and found it in Dragon 385;

Religion Utility 10 Assurance of Prophecy
You call out choice verses of prophecy. The knowledge that destiny is on your side renews your ally’s vigor.

Encounter
Immediate Reaction Close burst 5

Trigger: An ally within 5 squares of you spends a healing surge

Effect: The triggering ally gains 3d6 temporary hit points.
Level 21: 3d12 temporary hit points.

I am not sure if this helps but;

I found this in the output.txt file lines 21143 - 21145

No class id found for Skill Power (power Assurance of Prophecy)

It's a skill power, so the downloader doesn't know how to handle it. Once I get the skill powers processed properly by the downloader, that should be fixed and it should appear as normal.
