Hi there!
I have the advanced players guide and I'm able to create a tiefling and PC on my side. I have content-sharing enabled for our campaign, but my players still can't see uncommon ancestries. One of my players specifically is attempting to make a tiefling and it's been quite the Saga trying to get it to work for them. Does anyone know why I can see the tiefling ancestry, but my players cannot? I've reviewed permissions and processed updates but no luck! |

Is there any chance they don't have the source enabled for that character on the Settings page?

Is the PC GM-owned, or player-owned? Content sharing only works with GM-owned PCs. If that's the issue, they'll need to transfer ownership to the GM and then the GM can transfer control back to the player.

Do your players have the "Hide Invalid Choices" box checked? That box is made of fail. Uncheck it.
