It is not really that I have a strong need to receive a reply to my bug reports, as I only do it to try help improve the product, but not getting expected reply back (when promised on the form page) makes me worry if you are even receiving my bug reports in the first place. |

Odd. I've received notification of the bugs I've submitted, and I can see the status of them. I've also had responses asking for more details or adding comments.

Do you have a Yahoo.com email address? Someone else with one has reported problems with getting bug replies.

No. Just the email provided by my isp. I never hard problem receiving mail, and other mails from lonewolf comes through fine.
I think the fix does belong with hero lab online rather than with my isp. |

I always get an automated response and A pretty good response from the LW team attempting to resolve.
Try checking your trash (or deleted) box. I had an issue with a company a couple of months back where their emails went straight to my bin for some reason. Tbh, the company were pretty bad so I wonder if my PC was simply reading my mind |

I submitted two bug reports on 2/2/20, shortly after midnight EST. The first was about getting a "bad request parameter" when attempting to create a campaign in the Campaign Theater, preventing me from creating a campaign entirely. The second was about vanguard AC not increasing when adding Entropy Points and actually dropping by 1 when Entropy Points were increased to maximum.
I did not receive an automated response email for either bug. I checked spam and trash today to verify but neither folder held an automated response. I'm mentioning it here in case LW devs need to verify whether or not they actually received these bugs through the Herolab Online bug report form. |
