Mirrored material type suddenly missing

For some reason, I suddenly can't find the Mirrored material type is missing. I've turned everything on (modules) and redownloaded my licenses. I even did a uninstall/reinstall, but nothing. Any ideas?

Mirrored is a Special Ability, not a Material Type; you should find it under that.
