Hello
I want to buy some player companion bundles, but I already have some of the Player Companion data package (I bought them before new player companion bundles appear). Have I any discount over player companion bundles prices? |

Unfortunately, no. We honored refund requests from users within the normal 60-day refund window after we officially introduced the bundles in November, but everyone would likely be outside of that window now.

The fact that Hero Lab discounts are always tied to buying specific groups of files is continually frustrating. It would be really nice to have an occasional "catch up" sale where you could buy a bunch of arbitrary packages at a percentage discount.

Well just think that there's the $65 bundle that will cover you for all Paizo stuff for the rest of the year, and I'm pretty sure there's a discount built into that so you can buy early and get a discount.

This is akin to just about anything in the retail world.
If you want that latest and greatest DVD/Bluray, CD, TV what ever, it will cost you a premium during its early release time frame. If how ever you simoly wait a while, it will get a price reduction or a be added to some sort of bundle deal. Herolab packages are no different, if you want a discount or bundle pricing simply wait. If however your like me and you want it right away so you can use it, then understand as I do that your going to pay a premium for that. HL is initially seemingly expensive, but if you take a good look, and use a little math, its actually not. Go price every book here, compare and HL isnt that bad afterall. And if you buy the PDF instead of the book, then buy HL files, its about the same cost as that hard book in hand. But you have the added value of not killing a tree.
