havoc of the society

So I am building a sorcerer and I want to use the Havoc of the Society trait. However, I cannot find it. Is it in a special rules addition I need to buy?

Or how?

I assume you mean this one? If you look at the bottom of the page, it shows that this trait can be found in the Faction Guide book. So you will need to go into Character -> Configure Hero and make sure that you have that source turned on. (It is also in Shattered Star, so if you don't have one, but the other, look for it.) Then you need to make sure that you have one of those two turned on for your character.
