I just purchased the 3.0 upgrade (I have a CD copy of 2.2) but when
I went to down load 3.0 the following message appears "Could not initialize. File expected=3047552,size returned=110556" I'm not sure what this means or what I need to do. Any info would be appreciated,thanks. |

You should have a download file of 3047552 bytes and it looks like you've got one that's only 110556 bytes. Try downloading version 3 again. Thanks that sounds right unfortunatly when I tried to download it
again they said my code(I guess the id code from my original disc) had already been used. How can I download it again with out being charged again?
