Changeling claw attack

I recently opened a Changeling character I had made awhile ago and noticed that she now has a -5 modifier to her claw attack.
Shouldnt Claw (Natural Attack) be considered a Primary attack form and not subject to the -5?

Do you have a Manufactured weapon (ie dagger, longsword) equipped? If so all Natural Attacks become Secondary natural attacks then.
