[Feature Request] Ignore Default Skills and Feats

I'd like an option to ignore the default skills and feats for a monster race. It would be useful when making a custom NPC to be able to zero out the skill points and feat choices and not have them appear in the statblock/character sheet later.
 
What do you envision this doing that the "Customize?" checkbox next to the race selector doesn't currently do?

(remember to set the character as an NPC on the configure hero form in order to see this option)
