Feat that adds cross-class spells to the spell list

Good morning everybody. I have a player who plays a necromancer. He wants to be able to use something similar to the old 3.5 Necromantic Healing feat, by which a necromancy specialist can add the cure/cause spells from the cleric lists to his own wizard spell list.

Here are the basics of what I want to do:
This will be a feat
Prerequisites - 3 levels in the Wizard class, Necromancy specialist, Spell Focus (Necromancy)

Effect - add cure light, moderate, serious, and critical wounds (and their cause counterparts) to the spell list, so that the PC may select them as known spells.

I have played around with the Editor Tool, and was able to at least set up a sort of blank feat that provided a description of the thing, but it doesn't handle any of the mechanics at all, it's just a placeholder on the feat page.

Is there a way to do this?

Hey thanks!

That worked out quite nicely as a way to make this work. I knew those pre-req buttons were over there for a reason.

By the way, this is Zach/Estragon the dwarven barbarian from Con Nooga last week. It was good gaming with you at the table.
