Issue w/ getting PDF print outs

Hi-

I'm having some trouble getting HeroLab to print out (or save) characters I've created in a PDF format.

When I go to download the PDF plugin, I'm given the message that the file already exists on my computer. Yet, when I try to utilize the plugin, I'm told in the application that I'll need to download the plugin.

Any insight into how I might rectify this? Thanks in advance!
