My intelligence modifier is not getting added to my damage.

I think it is intentional, which is why the feat is listed with your damage bonus in the feats list. Since this feat requires a standard action instead of being part of an attack action it doesn't get displayed in the normal weapon damage block.
 
The only things that seem to display (intentional behavior, I believe) are things that apply to everything when engaged.

You have the option of an attack action shot.
Or the Focused Shot.
Or taking a full attack action.
Or potentially a basic shot, on an opportunity attack.

The bonus doesn't apply to all of these, so is not included.
There should be situational stuff (mouse over and can configure HL to print those on a physical print out (or PDF, if you want it on your phone etc)).
