If PDF is not available then its NOT out for anyone. Subscribers get early access depending on ship date to the PDF. But the street date is still later this month (Nov 15). Meaning no store should be selling the book yet and HL is not able to release until at least the 15th of November. :)

A mistake was made and some subscribers got it early. You can find a lot of the screengrabs on 4chan.

There is no mistake here this is normal. If you subscribe to a product line on paizo.com they start shipping about 2-3 weeks before the street date. As soon as the product is shipped the subscriber has access to the PDF. I got my shipping notice 2 days ago, should get the item in the mail sometime this week. In the mean time I have been reading the PDF :) Plenty of other people got their shipping notices last week, maybe the week before too.

As a reminder, having it out the same day is our target, but we can't always make that target, and "Where is Ultimate Wilderness? You said it would be out on Wednesday" forum posts (often posted in earlier time zones, so they're already on the forum by the time we start work on the day people are asking the question), are just really annoying to see in the forum while we're trying to handle all the little details that need to be checked and tested as part of a release, or rushing to finish the last little bits of a book. Even if we do make our target, you can expect releases near the end of the workday in the Pacific time zone.
