Situational Bonuses

I know its a long shot but is there a way to modify the situational bonus text of a feat or ability? I am working on a build with about 5-10 different bonuses and want to write something that just combines them all into 1. Being able to get rid of the bonuses provided an ability one at a time would allow me to combine some of them without accidentally killing other bonuses that might come up.

The only way I can see to do this is to somehow locate the appropriate rows in the field which stores all situationals of a certain sort, and then combine them, delete them, and move all following rows up however many rows you deleted. Not really worth the trouble, IMO.

Can you bootstrap a unique helper ability that uses value fields to store the bonuses added by the other things, and then handles the situational itself, based on the total bonus to apply, rather than adding situationals from each individual thing?

These are things already in HL. Ive got a Disguise build that I am working on that gets bonuses from the class, race, feats and talents. If I was writing them myself thats what I would do, however I really dont want to re-write/copy everything. I was hoping for something simple, but expecting to hear what has been said, pretty much SOL.
