Copying Journal Entries

Is there a way to duplicate journal entries from one character to another in a portfolio?

I'm using HL to keep track of my players characters which includes adding journal entries for each adventure. It is a pain in the rear to have to reenter each journal entry 6 times.

It would be nice if there was a way to copy the journal entry to the other characters.
 
You can copy/paste, but there's no way to transfer or duplicate the entries through HL itself. I agree it would be great to be able do that with journal entries, XP, etc.

I've just had to do this and I didn't find any method of doing it beyond typing the journal entry in Word and then pasting it six times into the journal.

And when I'd done that, the PDF copy of the journal entries had two stray question marks which I can't get rid of because they don't exist in the actual entry, but are produced by turning the journal into PDF. I don't much care, but one of my players did for some reason.
