I would go with VERY few on these boards play PFS. If you provide allot more information about "what" this does we can probably provide better answers.

I think this is referring to the Orc Bloodline power Power of Giants, but I don't play PFS so I don't know the details of Hero Lab support for it.
In PFS you can get credit for completing part of an adventure path. In addition to the xp and gp there can be special rewards. Power of the Giants is one such reward, which starts as the ability to enlarge yourself for a short period once per day.

The PDF says that it grants use of enlarge person once a day.
I would put a note in the Background Details box on the Personal tab for identifying such boons.
As the boon states:
Power of the Giants: You gain the Power of the Giants bonus Chronicle sheet, which grants you the
ability to grow to double in height and fight giants on equal terms (The underlined part = flavor not an actual ability)
Which means you need to look at the "Power of the giant bonus chronicle sheet" to find out what you get. If you go to the last page of the pdf you can read the sheet. Dont forget that the Hill, Stone, Frost, Fire and Storm are addition unlocks and not automatically gained by just obtaining power of giants.
As for the question I think it might be easier to make note of it as Minous suggested in any field that you like and just add to the text 0/1. And using the "Adjust" Tab to activate the enlarge person and other adjustments to yourself as needed. And otherwise I think you might have to go into the editor and make those yourself. Cause I don't think they originally exist in hero lab (the boons that is)

I am adding a Generic Adjustment that will let anyone add a spell-like ability with full spell text to a character. In addition you will be able to set the usage/counter value (ie 1/day, 2/day, 1/month etc). This will be in the next community release.
This was actually requested months back to help with many different "Boons".
Of course this does mean you need the "Pathfinder Pack" installed.
