Hey all, I am trying to add items from the Epic Level Handbook, and I was wondering if any one knew of a code that can double movement rate, a la Boots of Swiftness?

The Haste adjustment in the Players Handbook 1 user file does something similar. You should start there.

The Bladedancer's Fast Movement from Oriental Adventures does exactly that (depending on level).
