Looks like there is an issue with the Cloistered Cleric class variant. When it is added, HL complains that too many feats are taken (it adds two copies of Practiced Spellcaster).

A user also reported that it provides too many armor proficiencies. I was not able to reproduce this, but when adding a level of Paladin, it did not add Armor (Medium) or Armor (Heavy) profs.

I'm not sure if this is something that should really be fixed as it would have major consequences within the community package. However, bootstrap conditions that look for a tag always look on he hero instead of the thing it's on. Even something like:

Helper.FtDisable

HL looks for the tag on the hero instead of the thing.

FYI that is the way that HL works for all game systems. Nothing I could can change that. Bootstrap conditions look at the container the Pick is in.

I think there may be a bug with magic items which have charges not appearing in the In-Play unless the user adds the tag Helper.ShowCharge. I believe I reported a similar issue regarding magic armor in the past.

I'm inputting a race from Oriental Adventures. It has 2 racial HD. When I test the creature, it tells me I'm supposed to add a stat adjustment for being level 4.

If I set the RHD to 4, it goes away.

I can't reproduce this. Might need more information.

Trying to make a psionic class but the Bonus Psionics Attribute dropdown doesn't add any tags. I checked Complete Psionics and even those classes don't have an attribute tag but their save DC works fine.

Also, when I tried to adjust a psionic class, the Override Psionics Attribute dropdown adds the current stat to the DC instead of adding the modifier.

Psionics is a mess right now. We had to put in a hidden script in the PHB1 file (corrector special) to handle PP. It should work for any class with the Helper.Manifester tag. Not sure if that's exactly what you need, though. Beyond that, I haven't touched Psionics since I entered CPsi content several years ago.

Spell-like abilities appear under the 'spells' tab, but the spells tab doesn't appear unless the character has a spellcasting class. Classes without spellcasting but with spell-like abilities can't access the 'spells' tab to use them.

Thanks. This is a known issue I actually have fixed. Just the release of the next version 5.8 is delayed... :(

Was building a creature in Book of Exalted Deed when I noticed that the Base Save calculations for Elementals is off. It was giving an Elemental with the [Air] subtype good Fortitude saves and poor Reflex saves when Air and Fire should have good Reflex and Earth and Water elementals should have good Fortitude.

Ok, thanks. I haven't gotten around to elementals yet, but I'll see what I can do.

Noticed something unusual: An ACF that removes a feat won't allow you to get the feat back later. Example, Samurai (OA) removes Armor Proficiency (heavy) from the Samurai class. When I tried to get the feat from leveling, it was still grayed out and I was still not proficient with heavy armor.

The Helper.Obsolete tag does not allow the spell to be printed. The work-around is to replace the spell with the new version of it in your portfolio.
